Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova is an engineer, member of the Russian State Duma, and former Soviet cosmonaut. She is known for being the first and youngest woman in space, having flown a solo mission on the Vostok 6 on 16 June 1963. The automatic movement with the gentlest of flicks, rotates multiple times exuding quality. With a large 42mm Titanium case, rotating bezel, screw down crown and seals in the back this is a high quality amphibian watch. (Before diving or using under water we would recommend this be properly sealed). Even the hands still glow!
